Brent Taylor - Owner & Head Coach

If you’re ready to put in the effort and truly want something then I am committed to help you get there. I have always been invested in helping people towards their strength and fitness goals as well as providing the specific tools that vary from individual to individual. I have always seen weightlifting as the pinnacle of movement. So many different attributes that can be worked on within just a snatch and clean & jerk. Speed, strength, mobility and technique just to name a few. The discipline and skills required to be able to accomplish these movements with increasing weight fascinates me. Being in the industry for over 11 years I am convinced I can tailor to your goals and needs to get the results you want.

Mark Grinham - Coach

Coming from a background in team sports and as a strength & conditioning coach, I have spent a long time in the gym. Once I finished team sports I turned my training and attention to learning weightlifting. I started out my first 2 years self teaching, until Brent and I teamed up. I started competing and in my 2nd year I qualified for my first nationals. I now love to share my knowledge gained for almost 6 years in weightlifting. I love all things training, sports science, performance, recovery and nutrition. I look forward to helping to build you into the most robust and strong lifter you can be.
